Honeymoon Plans

Although it's a bit early to be thinking about where we'll go after we say "I do" I'm excited to plan (my first) tropical getaway! Mark will eventually be taking care of the reservations and plans for the honeymoon, but I decided to look into some of the different locations so we have a starting point.

First, the beautiful Caribbean! Since we'll be going in the "Low Season" (May to October) we can expect to find room rates approximately 50% cheaper than those who stay during the peak months between December and April.

The Cayman Islands
Southern Cross Club

"The casual relaxed little Club - known as one of the best dive resorts in the world - seems a bit lost in time. There are comfy hammocks scattered around the property, and the service is truly personal. By the time you leave, you will know everyone there. The Southern Cross Club is the Perfect choice."

All sound awesome! Also, check out Aruba - despite missing high school girls, it's a beautiful, small island. Check out an all-inclusive - Divi Resort (I think is the name). We stayed there about 6 yrs ago and it was wonderful. Step out of your room right onto a sandy beach, horseback ride, snorkel, rent a jeep and drive around the entire island. Or if you want to spend a bit more $, check out Bermuda - really quaint! Anywhere you go will be awesome, sand, surf, romance under the stars - what more can you ask for? Tobe
